What made Roman come to Estonia was its interesting history as a former part of the USSR, and the fact that he could speak Russian there. He was also interested in seeing how does a country who invented Skype work. Roman has not been living in Estonia for a long time, but he feels like at home. It’s comfortable. He doesn’t speak Estonian yet, but he’s discovered that Estonians do not mind if you do not speaks Estonian.

Roman acknowledges that being a welder is hard work and can be tiring at times. However, he enjoys the challenge and the sense of accomplishment that comes with creating something from zero. He is also pleased with the way Hansavest treats its employees.
